Experienced HUNT Project Managers will help ensure a smooth transition into a more energy-efficient environment. We can find the wasted energy, translate that into saved monies that can be reallocated to other building expenses.  We start with lighting, our specialty and the most immediate savings opportunity, and from there we move into other possibilities such as the mechanical, windows and water systems. Whether your building is five or fifty years old, the HUNT staff will examine your existing situation and help you develop a plan of action.

HUNT Consulting is proud of their accomplishments and equally as proud of their growing list of clientele. HUNT is on a mission… and our support, success and satisfaction is phenomenal. See for yourself:

  • Bon Secours Hampton Roads Lighting Project
Maryview and Mary Immaculate Hospitals, two historic and well traveled bay area medical facilities, underwent building wide lighting retrofits during the summer of 2000. The principal forces behind the project were the energy savings directly attributed to the kilowatt hour reduction as soon as the lighting retrofit began. With each bulb replacement, ballast switch and energy measure taken, the savings ticker began. The first year savings for Mary Immaculate (104,000sf) was $39,000 and for Maryview (181,000sf) was $55,000.
